Taylor Caldwell began his career at KPMG and quickly progressed to management roles with two specialty pharmaceuticals companies, Slate Pharmaceuticals and Novan Therapeutics, and a life sciences venture capital fund, Pappas Ventures.

He has executed $235 million in numerous public & private equity and debt offerings, including a successful $45 million IPO, over $10 million in federal contract and grant proceeds, and over $250 million in deal proceeds. He has orchestrated five M&A transactions in the data & technology and life science sectors.

Taylor is a CPA and has Bachelor of Arts and Master’s in Accounting degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
