Maia Gilis has over 20 years in assisting and leading diverse teams within Treasury Departments, where she amassed a strong background across managerial, analytical, and leadership roles.

 

Prior to Global Growth, Maia was hired to assist in developing the Treasury Department at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC. She was the project leader in implementing a Treasury Workstation, which ultimately led to streamlining of payment process, cost and error reduction, and a full and accurate audit control. 

 

Maia has leveraged her expertise to spearhead teams and departments that successfully met and exceeded company objectives while transforming corporate processes for the better.
