He has also published in the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, the Christian Science Monitor, and elsewhere on subjects ranging from software platform privacy to religious legal systems to the liminality of combat trauma.

Justin earned his law degree at Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University. In his personal time, Justin is a book collector, early stage investor, self-taught programmer, distance runner, writer, and musician. His distance runs include the C&O Canal and the Overseas Heritage Trail.
