The Leadership Institute

The leaders we are hiring now will get an opportunity to participate in our Leadership Institute. We will bring you in to lead a turnaround effort. At the same time, we will invite you to participate in peer coaching with a group of CEOs and a portfolio manager.

Each member of the group will have a mentor who has succeeded at a challenge similar to the one before you. You will have the opportunity to participate in CEO-style coaching where top speakers and top GG CEOs will offer training in their areas of expertise.

These groups also will give you a forum to discuss challenges and opportunities you are facing with a group of your peers across the globe.
